Il s\u2019articule autour de l\u2019agr\u00e9ment, et est \u00e0 la disposition exclusive des membres de l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS) a publi\u00e9 une \u00e9tude des tendances sur l\u2019avenir du secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie suisse, d\u00e9but 2017. Les quatre sc\u00e9narios suivants y ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s\u2009: agr\u00e9ment, sant\u00e9, convenience et valeurs. L\u2019entreprise de conseil Trendone, active au niveau international, avait \u00e9labor\u00e9 ladite \u00e9tude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-rapport-par-trimestre\">Un rapport par trimestre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le voyage \u00e0 travers les tendances se poursuit en 2020 avec la parution, d\u00e8s ce mois, d\u2019un rapport par trimestre en exclusivit\u00e9 pour les membres de la BCS. Quatre rapports de ce genre sont pr\u00e9vus d\u2019ici \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. L\u2019objectif est de mettre en lumi\u00e8re les changements sur le march\u00e9 et dans le comportement des consommateurs, au travers de nombreuses tendances et innovations. Chacun des rapports approfondit l\u2019un des sc\u00e9narios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-plus-qu-une-experience-gustative\">Plus qu\u2019une exp\u00e9rience gustative<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le premier rapport est consacr\u00e9 au th\u00e8me de l\u2019agr\u00e9ment. Ce dernier est plus qu\u2019une simple exp\u00e9rience gustative. L\u2019accent mis sur l\u2019agr\u00e9ment dans le cadre de la consommation de nourriture a longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019apanage des gourmets et des nantis. De la pure consommation de nourriture \u00e0 un moment de plaisir absolu\u2009; cette \u00e9volution n\u2019a certes rien de nouveau, dans le monde occidental tout du moins, mais n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi extr\u00eame qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui.<br>En mati\u00e8re de tendances, l\u2019agr\u00e9ment ne se limite pas \u00e0 vivre des exp\u00e9riences gustatives exceptionnelles.
