En plus de leurs activit\u00e9s quotidiennes, les d\u00e9cideurs des entreprises de boulangerie-confiserie doivent traiter de mani\u00e8re approfondie des sujets tels que la protection de la sant\u00e9, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail, etc. Le danger est grand que la communication se perde rapidement dans le feu de l&#8217;action.
