En raison de la crise du coronavirus, la boulangerie-confiserie artisanale est confront\u00e9e \u00e0 une situation critique et lutte pour sa survie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans des mesures de soutien imm\u00e9diates de la part du Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et des cantons, la branche souffrira de dommages durables et irr\u00e9versibles. L\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS) salue express\u00e9ment l\u2019engagement du Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et des gouvernements cantonaux pour endiguer la crise du coronavirus ainsi que les mesures de soutien \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie prises jusqu\u2019ici, mais elle exige la mise en \u0153uvre de nouvelles mesures de soutien afin d\u2019\u00e9viter un effondrement total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-mesures-audacieuses-pour-l-aide-transitoire-en-cas-de-difficulte-de-liquidites\">Des mesures audacieuses pour l\u2019aide transitoire en cas de difficult\u00e9 de liquidit\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec le \u00ablockdown\u00bb, la branche est pr\u00e8s du coup d\u2019arr\u00eat. La baisse du chiffre d\u2019affaires s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve par cons\u00e9quent \u00e0 plusieurs millions. C\u2019est pourquoi la BCS demande au Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et aux cantons d\u2019adopter au plus vite les mesures transitoires n\u00e9cessaires en toute urgence. Ces mesures comprennent des suspensions proactives et g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses d\u2019amortissements et des sursis de paiement pour les arri\u00e9r\u00e9s d\u2019imp\u00f4ts et de taxes, particuli\u00e8rement de la TVA et de l\u2019imp\u00f4t sur le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, d\u2019autres mesures doivent \u00eatre introduites pour maintenir les moyens financiers. Les \u00e9tablissements devraient avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des pr\u00eats sans int\u00e9r\u00eats et \u00e0 des paiements directs. En outre, les boulangeries-confiseries suisses comptent sur la souplesse des banques pour les entreprises artisanales en difficult\u00e9 de paiement. Les cantons sont tenus d\u2019assurer des suspensions d\u2019amortissements et des limites de d\u00e9couvert sans int\u00e9r\u00eats dans les banques cantonales pour les \u00e9tablissements concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un versement rapide de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 en cas de r\u00e9duction de l\u2019horaire de travail<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La branche salue le raccourcissement du d\u00e9lai de carence pour la r\u00e9duction de l\u2019horaire de travail. Cependant, \u00e0 cause du \u00ablockdown\u00bb, la plupart des entreprises ne seront bient\u00f4t plus en mesure de payer les salaires de leurs employ\u00e9s. C\u2019est pourquoi il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019assouplir les crit\u00e8res d\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 et d\u2019envisager les paiements par acomptes pour l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 en cas de r\u00e9duction de l\u2019horaire de travail. Il faut notamment \u00e9largir la d\u00e9finition de l\u2019ayant droit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La boulangerie-confiserie artisanale \u00e9tant justement caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par des PME, les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 temps partiel de m\u00eame que les entrepreneurs artisanaux doivent pouvoir demander, en tant qu\u2019employ\u00e9s, une r\u00e9duction de l\u2019horaire de travail. En raison des p\u00e9nuries de liquidit\u00e9s, les indemnit\u00e9s en cas de r\u00e9duction de l\u2019horaire de travail doivent \u00eatre vers\u00e9es tr\u00e8s rapidement.
