Les experts qualifient de particuli\u00e8rement probl\u00e9matiques la cat\u00e9gorie des boissons sucr\u00e9es\u2009: \u00ab\u2009L\u2019apport de calories est rapide et important, mais le degr\u00e9 de sati\u00e9t\u00e9 est faible. Il faut \u00e9videmment aussi garder \u00e0 l\u2019esprit le risque de carie.<br>Les sp\u00e9cialistes de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de nutrition ne consid\u00e8rent pas que la r\u00e9duction de calories par le biais de l\u2019utilisation d\u2019\u00e9dulcorants ou d\u2019alcools de sucre. Ils pr\u00e9conisent de r\u00e9duire la consommation d\u2019aliments sucr\u00e9s. Le seuil de perception des douceurs devrait donc \u00eatre abaiss\u00e9 lentement et progressivement. Les experts mettent en garde contre de fortes r\u00e9ductions de sucre\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Les papilles r\u00e9agissent n\u00e9gativement \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction trop marqu\u00e9e du sucre.
