Par opposition \u00e0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 l\u2019objectif essentiel \u00e9tait de s\u2019alimenter, le terme d\u2019agr\u00e9ment fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience globale et unique, allant de l\u2019achat \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration, en passant par la consommation. Cette exp\u00e9rience stimule un grand nombre de sens.<br>Un exemple\u2009? Les exigences accrues des clients concernant la nourriture ne portent plus uniquement sur les produits et leur pr\u00e9sentation. Dans le contexte actuel, manger devient une exp\u00e9rience holistique. Ce premier rapport se penche sur la soif d\u2019informations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, les demandes des consommateurs pour plus d\u2019artisanat, de qualit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9gionalit\u00e9, les exp\u00e9riences culinaires et bien d\u2019autres th\u00e8mes.<br>L\u2019objectif de ce rapport est d\u2019inspirer les boulangers-confiseurs, et qui sait, de faire \u00e9merger de nouvelles id\u00e9es\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-chaque-trimestre-un-rapport\">Chaque trimestre un rapport<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2020, quatre sc\u00e9narios \u00ab\u2009Food\u2009\u00bb seront mis en lumi\u00e8re sur l\u2019intranet de swissbaker.ch, correspondant \u00e0 quatre th\u00e8mes (Agr\u00e9ment, Sant\u00e9, Valeurs et Convenience), \u00e0 raison d\u2019un rapport par trimestre. Ces rapports sont la suite de l\u2019\u00e9tude de tendances de la BCS publi\u00e9e en 2017, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la FBK.
