Angela Reichmuth, responsable de vente de la boulangerie-confiserie Vogel \u00e0 K\u00fcssnacht am Rigi (ZH), est ravie d\u2019avoir approfondi ses connaissances, \u00e9chang\u00e9, fait \u00e9voluer sa carri\u00e8re et red\u00e9couvert la passion de son m\u00e9tier.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trois ans apr\u00e8s mon apprentissage dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail, j&#8217;avais besoin d&#8217;un nouveau d\u00e9fi. Toujours fascin\u00e9e par la vente dans le secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie, j&#8217;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de m&#8217;inscrire \u00e0 l&#8217;examen professionnel pour devenir sp\u00e9cialiste de la branche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-periode-intensive\">Une p\u00e9riode intensive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Au d\u00e9but, je n&#8217;\u00e9tais pas vraiment consciente de ce qui m\u2019attendait. La formation \u00e9tait exigeante, mais en m\u00eame temps, incroyablement int\u00e9ressante. Dans la discipline du marketing et de la communication, on nous a confi\u00e9 la mission de planifier et de concevoir un projet de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante. Nous devions pr\u00e9senter le r\u00e9sultat lors d&#8217;un \u00e9v\u00e9nement. J&#8217;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de concevoir un catalogue de tourtes avec toutes les variations de desserts de la boulangerie-confiserie Vogel. Un projet qui a exig\u00e9 une r\u00e9flexion en r\u00e9seau, de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, du plaisir et bien plus encore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-grand-soutien\">Un grand soutien<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout ne s&#8217;est pas toujours d\u00e9roul\u00e9 comme pr\u00e9vu. Il y a eu des moments o\u00f9 j&#8217;ai dout\u00e9 de mon projet. Ce que j&#8217;ai appris: si on poursuit son objectif avec conviction, ambition et passion, on y arrive. Le plaisir que j\u2019ai \u00e0 exercer ma profession et ma volont\u00e9 de montrer ce qui \u00e9tait vraiment en moi m\u2019a motiv\u00e9 chaque jour un peu plus. Gr\u00e2ce au grand soutien de mon entourage professionnel et priv\u00e9, j&#8217;ai pu me pr\u00e9parer aux examens de la meilleure fa\u00e7on possible. J&#8217;ai \u00e9galement beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 l&#8217;\u00e9change avec mes camarades de classe. La coh\u00e9sion dans la classe \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s forte et j\u2019ai ador\u00e9 suivre ce parcours avec mes camarades de classe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-nouvelle-assurance\">Une nouvelle assurance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 une p\u00e9riode intensive, mais surtout passionnante et instructive. Je suis heureuse d&#8217;avoir choisi cette voie. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la formation continue, j&#8217;ai gagn\u00e9 en confiance en moi.
