Tout \u00e9tait devenu tr\u00e8s p\u00e9nible \u00e0 supporter autant moralement que physiquement avec en plus la seule employ\u00e9e que j\u2019avais en production en arr\u00eat maladie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Roger Veya, Confiserie Werth, Del\u00e9mont (JU)\u2009:<\/strong><\/em><br>C\u2019est une p\u00e9riode tr\u00e8s difficile, tous les \u00e9v\u00e8nements de notre service traiteur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9s. Nous subissons une perte de notre chiffre d\u2019affaires d\u2019environ 90\u202f%.<br><br><em><strong>Christophe Bulliard, Boulangerie Michellod SA, Sembrancher (VS)\u2009:<\/strong><\/em><br>Si tant est que nous avons pu maintenir nos boulangeries ouvertes, nous souffrons comme l\u2019ensemble de la branche d\u2019une perte de chiffre d\u2019affaires importante (environ 50\u202f%) dont l\u2019impact sur les marges est encore \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer.<br>Une partie difficile est de g\u00e9rer la peur, aussi bien de notre personnel de vente que de la client\u00e8le. Nous passons pas mal de temps \u00e0 discuter les risques encourus et \u00e0 rassurer les gens. Chaque rhume est devenu suspect\u2026<br><br><em><strong>Jean-Pierre Conrad, Conrad SA, Le Landeron (NE)\u2009:<\/strong><\/em><br>Tout d\u2019abord, une pens\u00e9e \u00e0 tous ceux qui ont perdu un \u00eatre cher ou qui sont malades. Nos deux commerces ont un tea-room, ce qui rend les lieux un peu irr\u00e9alistes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Quelles mesures avez-vous prises\u2009?<\/strong><br><br><strong><em>Michel Daetwyler\u2009:<\/em><\/strong><br>J\u2019esp\u00e8re rouvrir tr\u00e8s prochainement avec une nouvelle organisation adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 cette situation tellement incertaine.<br><br><em><strong>Roger Veya\u2009:<\/strong><\/em><br>Licenciement et ch\u00f4mage de notre personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Christophe Bulliard\u2009:<\/strong><\/em><br>Nous appliquons les mesures pr\u00e9conis\u00e9es\u2009: distance entre clients et personnel de vente, nombre de clients dans le magasin, d\u00e9sinfectant et recommandation de se laver les mains, protection plexi o\u00f9 n\u00e9cessaire, t\u00e9l\u00e9travail pour le staff administratif, r\u00e9duction et espacement des \u00e9quipes en laboratoire. En outre, nous avons fait toutes les demandes pour pouvoir profiter des aides \u00e0 disposition RHT\/APG, cr\u00e9dit-relais\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><em><strong>Jean-Pierre Conrad\u2009:<\/strong><\/em><br>Au tout d\u00e9but, nous avons pris des mesures strictes, tant pour nos clients que pour nos collaborateurs. Le d\u00e9but \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s astreignant quand les grandes surfaces n\u2019avaient encore pris aucune mesure. Les gens qui partaient avec des chariots remplis de pains\u2009; cela faisait vraiment mal au c\u0153ur. Que dire de nos instances dirigeantes o\u00f9 le silence radio \u00e9tait de mise. Nous avons re\u00e7u des documents qui \u00e9taient des papiers coll\u00e9s de l\u2019OFSP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Comment voyez-vous l\u2019avenir\u2009?<\/strong><br><br><em><strong>Michel Daetwyler\u2009:<\/strong><\/em><br>Tout est tr\u00e8s confus et incertain, autant pour les affaires que pour un soutien financier afin de surmonter cette crise sanitaire sans trop de d\u00e9g\u00e2ts. J\u2019esp\u00e8re \u00e0 longue \u00e9ch\u00e9ance pouvoir \u00e0 nouveau \u00e9quilibrer financi\u00e8rement ma petite entreprise familiale mais sans aides de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration cons\u00e9quente et adapt\u00e9e, je n\u2019imagine pas comment cela serait-il possible\u2009!<br><br><strong>Roger Veya\u2009:<\/strong><br>Tr\u00e8s difficile, certainement sans avenir pour les mois de reprises\u2009!<br><br><em><strong>Christophe Bulliard\u2009:<\/strong><\/em><br>Comme tout un chacun nous esp\u00e9rons un retour rapide \u00e0 la normale, m\u00eame si nous comptons avec une restriction jusqu\u2019en mai.<br><br><strong><em>Jean-Pierre Conrad\u2009:<\/em><\/strong><br>Nous devons nous mettre \u00e0 table pour savoir pourquoi nous faisons partie de la BCS. Imaginez les grands distributeurs qui ont m\u00e9diatis\u00e9 \u00e0 leur avantage ce sale virus. Pourquoi sur le plan Suisse, romand, r\u00e9gional rien n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 entrepris.
