L\u2019objectif est de mettre en lumi\u00e8re les changements sur le march\u00e9 et dans le comportement des consommateurs, au travers de nombreuses passionnantes tendances et innovations. Chacun des rapports approfondit l\u2019un des sc\u00e9narios \u2013 le premier \u00e9tant consacr\u00e9 au th\u00e8me de l\u2019agr\u00e9ment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-report-1-l-agrement-bien-plus-qu-une-experience-gustative\">Report 1 : L\u2019agr\u00e9ment \u2013 bien plus qu\u2019une exp\u00e9rience gustative<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De la pure consommation de nourriture \u00e0 un moment de plaisir absolu; cette \u00e9volution n\u2019a certes rien de nouveau \u2013 dans le monde occidental tout du moins \u2013, mais n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi extr\u00eame qu\u2019aujourd\u2019hui.<br>En mati\u00e8re de tendances, l\u2019agr\u00e9ment ne se limite pas \u00e0 vivre des exp\u00e9riences gustatives exceptionnelles.
