Elle s\u2019est pr\u00e9par\u00e9e d\u2019une mani\u00e8re intensive et s\u00e9rieuse \u00e0 cette comp\u00e9tition, avec \u00e0 la cl\u00e9 une m\u00e9daille bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9e qui vient&nbsp;<strong>confirmer la 4<sup>e<\/sup>&nbsp;place qu\u2019elle avait obtenue lors des WorldSkills 2013 \u00e0 Leipzig (D).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les douze concurrentes et concurrents provenant de huit pays ont d\u00fb faire preuve de comp\u00e9tences, de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, et d\u2019engagement pour r\u00e9aliser diverses sortes de pralin\u00e9s, des figurines en massepain, une assiette de desserts, une tourte glac\u00e9e, une tourte pour huit personnes et une pi\u00e8ce artistique en sucre. Le th\u00e8me \u00e9tait laiss\u00e9 au libre choix de chacun. Vanessa Schnyder a opt\u00e9 pour \u00abLe paradis et l\u2019enfer\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-confirmation-pour-la-formation-professionnelle-duale\">Confirmation pour la formation professionnelle duale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le magnifique r\u00e9sultat de Vanessa Schnyder confirme l\u2019excellence de la formation professionnelle duale dans notre pays et le tr\u00e8s haut niveau de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie artisanale suisse. Cette branche peut \u00eatre fi\u00e8re de compter dans ses rangs une professionnelle aussi prometteuse qui souhaite maintenant acqu\u00e9rir de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans d\u2019autres confiseries et participer \u00e0 d\u2019autres concours encore.
