Chez les adultes, la maladie \u00e9tait autrefois g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u00e9sign\u00e9e sous le nom de \u00absprue\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La coeliakie est une maladie intestinale grave et chronique provoqu\u00e9e chez les personnes qui y sont pr\u00e9dispos\u00e9es par le gluten \u2013 ou la gliadine \u2013 contenu\/e dans diff\u00e9rentes sortes de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales. Les prot\u00e9ines de gluten entra\u00eenent chez elles des dommages au niveau de la muqueuse intestinale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le seul traitement possible pour une coeliakie consiste en une alimentation strictement sans gluten \u00e0 vie.
